Heater Levers

I am looking to replace the original heater levers in my 280sl. I don't want to pursue the dura lever path unless it is the only option. I know the project is tedious but would rather do it right. Where is the best place to purchase the heater levers? I know they break every 10-15 years but I am thinking I will put the car up for sale in the spring if I don't trade a friend for a 911 turbo.
thanks

You should be able to find these through the usual suspects, Dave Gallon, Buds, Millers, K&K etc. And of course, patience - ebay.

If you don't want new ones, Dan Carron, Dr Benz might have some second hand.
