Fuel/engine management has made great strides in the 100 plus years of internal combustion engines. About half way thru this time, the WRD(warm running device) appeared. An early WRD is on the left of the attached photo. Later WRD mods are in the center. The item on the right is the latest solid state, high alloy, 100 % range adjustment, single moving part WRD developed as the pinnacle of fuel management of the 'cold engine start' dilemma.
