To all the linkage adjustment pros.....

Hi guys my car is a 71
Was never able to adjust this part of the linkage
When the Car is at full throttle the IP rests at it's stop but there venturi does not ,if i disconect the linkage I could open the ventur around 1/4 to 1/8
Of an inch.
