I have not used this one, but have used Griots Spray on Car Wash. I would guess there are any number of similar products out there from all the usual suspects.

Mequiar's makes some pretty good stuff too, so it is probably a safe bet.

In the states, ArmorAll made a "Car wash in a Bottle". It was a way to wash a car without a hose or water. It was good for me since my rented garage does not have a hose. I need a wash that does not need water.

It worked very well. I then followed up with a wax to protect the finish. The one you refer to seems to be a wash and wax all in one.

I can't find the ArmorAll product any more so I'll have to look for something else.
