Anyone know if a newer wind deflector from a W129 or a W107 would fit?

Never tried it myself but should
not be possible.
The former German SL Club Pagode president initiated at around 1991 a production series of the wind deflector for the W113 chassis together with MB.
This was made (I believe) by ORIS who also made/make the original factory wind deflector of the R129.
_IF_ the 129 WD fitted it would be a stupid idea to make "a special one" then for the 113 as well

The original W113 wind deflector is still available from the factory, its part number is 113 860 0074 ..., however ..., it's a bit pricey lately.
There are other reproductions on the market, just google around a bit.
I "believe" K&K and Bud's Benz can supply suitable reproductions as well.
Certainly SLS in Hamburg, Germany can, as can the SL Club Pagode who offer one for €€185,00 or so.
