Fuel Gauge Testing?
« on: April 29, 2018, 22:48:30 »
Was curious if there was anything that could be done to test a fuel gauge? I have a new sending unit installed already. I read in the manual I think that the impedance should be 83 to 4 ohm (I think that is what I read), so when I get the gauge out (I have the cluster out of the dash, just have not opened it yet). Just trying to see if the gauge is bad, before spending $150-250 (used to new range that I have seen, from the usual suppliers).
