Sometimes it's necessary to live with a small air bleed past the cold start valve if one is to avoid a fairly large expense. One can compensate with the idle air screw. They both have the same function but achieve it in different ways.

Thanks again for taking the time to answer me, much appreciated. I will check it out. Is it complicated to adjust? The Technical manual does not talk about it.
