yellow wire through fire wall

Can any one tell me where does the yellow wire connect to that comes through the fire wall that is connected to a fuse on the passenger side of the car inner fender on a 69 280sl? It came apart inside the car but I dont know where it connects to under the dash. Had carpet installed and then noticed wire not connected. Does it have any thing to do with the injection system?

Most likely it is a wire that powers the radio or an automatic antenna. Are both working? Provided you have them, of course.
Another possibility could be a wire for the a/c although that fuse box was not intended for that purpose.
