The cylinder head marking only indicates the type of head that it is, it is not a unique serial number like you have on the engine. So unless there is a clear indication that a cylinder head is NOT original, such as through the type number (a type that was not installed during the period the car was built) or some other indication, or documentation with the car, it may not be possible to determine whether the engine is still wearing its original head.
