Hi any chance of seeing a photo of them?

I am interested as I have a couple myself.

If fact I will photograph them and post them as they are supposed to be for early Mercedes and plug into the auxiliary plug in the engine bay.

Paid a darn sight more than you did so congrats from me!

Ok here are some pictures of the troble lights I have.

This first one looks like it is made by a company called BUNO and has KACO on the actual clamp.

Here is the second one,

It has two globes and the whole thing is a clamp.
It is made by Hella and the plug can be used in the car engine bay socket or the cigar lighter.

I would be interested in seeing other types for the period (1960's - 70's).

Hi Paul. The lamp I baught at Essen is exactly the same as your first one, It says Kaco on the clamp and Bund on the bulb holder, the cable is 8 mtrs long it also has a part number, 6230-12 and 121-7334 hope this is of interest, I am told its from the 60s.Cheers. Mike.

Ron I am not sure I obtained the ones I have from France on eBay, I am in Australia, so I guess if you keep your eyes open you might come across one there.

A few years I bought in the southern US from a Unimog dealer as I had a 404S, the same trouble light for $25.00. It was still in the original wrapping. The only difference is the Unimog cord is black. I forget the name of the Unimog dealer but he was in the south. I think he advertises on Benz World in the Unimog
