Smokes at Start Up...Progress
« on: July 27, 2004, 21:24:43 »
Hi Folks,

I have a question on distributor rebuilds.  I have my engine in the sleeve/ ring/ head overhaul process, and I pulled the distributor apart to remove some sand.  In the process, I think I stretched out some springs.  Are there rebuild kits around for these?

Thanks
Allen Frechette

Dan Caron (DrBenz) sells Bosch rebuild sets. I have not found them anywhere else.

Better yet, post the distributor to Dan and let him do it in his operating room and put it on his tester...he's the distributor guru.
