Sunset
« on: August 01, 2013, 21:09:39 »
A few pictures at sunset. The images with the Jumbo have been shot at the former U.S. Air Base Hahn in the Hunsrück Mountains near my hometown. It is now a freight and passenger airport
Have fun

Hi Peter, GREAT pictures and beautiful countryside around Enkirch . As I told the other Peter (Mr. Van Es:-) a few days ago, I have always been partial to Sunset pictures myself:-). I do have a question for you. How do you decide which Pagoda to drive? Shall it be the Silver one or the white one. Must be a tough decision!
 Thanks for posting.

Hello John
The question is easy to answer. Because of the close garage door I can pull out only the first pagoda immediately. Front is the silver pagoda ....
But it also makes with the switch more fun to drive, so the white one ist in the back.  ;D
My wife drives better with the whites.

Peter,
Very nice settings, nevertheless, even though you parked the car in from of the Jumbo, I doubt that you could get the job with your Pagoda as aircraft towing car... :D

I have seen this place at the airport yesterday. You can pull over up to 20 meters at the Jumbo, unfortunately, is still a fence  between. It would be interresting to come under the jumbo, let's see if anyone can help me. 8)
