jedwards, coo l- our cars had to be made in the next two days. The difference in the numbers is only 49. In whole month (April 67) manufactured 486 cars. April was relatively short month (20 working days), so on average daily were produced 24-25 (young then) girls.
Another issue is, when the cars passed the factory gate. Regarding to chassis number your should be assembled 06 April 1967 and left the factory 13-th April (so after a week - it makes sense). My lady probably has been assembled 08 April and has been dispatched 26-th April (after 18 days !). Why she remained so long in the factory, as the place of first delivery was neighboring Munich? It's a good stuff for next unit of The X-files movie.. might disturb the aliens?!?
