Table for aluminium sealing washers.
« on: April 08, 2014, 07:54:36 »
I have just had my oil filter and block, petrol pressure regulator, and petrol filter bodies bead blasted etc.  I have also had the hoses and pipes around these gold passivated (coated).  In doing so I have had to replace all the aluminium sealing washers.  It has been a bit of a job measuring these and replacing them so I have made up a Table in Word (attached) which may save others some time. If it is deemed worthwhile perhaps someone might put the Table in the manual?

Thanks for the info.
Do you have pics to share....before and after? I spoke to someone today about the same.
Thanks
MBP

Hi MBP I am holidaying in Sydney Australia for a month but when I get back to NZ I will take some before and after photos  if you like.  Andy Baker lent me a spare set of these so I could re-furbish them and leave mine on until I am ready to swap over.
