Seat Stitching - early 230SL
« on: April 07, 2014, 20:07:17 »
I had my seats redone with GAHH leather. I showed it to a local Mercedes guy - he said the seat stitching isn't right.

In the pleats between the sections in the seat, there are a series of holes. He says there should be stitching there - not just holes.

Does anyone know more about this? A picture would be great!

Here ar photos of the Gahh seat base front and back with stitching both sides and the perforations in the centre. Where else should there be stitching?
