Need Forwarding Agent in New York

I have purchased a 1953 MG TD from Cooper Classic Cars In New York and need it to be shipped to Dubai.

I need a reliable forwarding agent who can collect the card, load it properly in a 20 foot container and prepare all export documentation.

As my company has good connections with the shipping companies I am able to get a great deal of the sea freight which I can arrange directly.

Cooper Classic has suggested their agents who have quoted $595 for collecting the car in an enclosed carrier from the showroom  to their warehouse and an additonal $1200 for bringing the container to their warehouse, loading and securing the container and returning it to port. $ 190 for export documentation including courier charges to Dubai. For a total of $1985.

Would welcome any help or suggestion.

seems on the high side for such limited service. I paid US$ 1500 for all those services AND shipment to Europe, so I would assume your service provider looks at the destination and quotes accordingly...
