Just had a Sommer 550 installed today.
The installer didn't know how to program our cars for the remote. I've watched the videos, read the info and to no avail am able to get this going.
Cars, 2014 GLK 350 and 2009 ML350
Anyone know this type opener?

UPDATE!!
By the time the install was over Sommer was closed for the weekend. I did however make contact with Homelink. Apparently the Sommer is possibly the most difficult to program with your car. They were able to talk me through the Ml but not the GLK.
The Sommer garage door opener is very different from other openers on the market. It has only one moving part and the motor travels back and fourth. It comes with a lifetime warranty and it's made in Germany.
