Hardtop rear body seal

Hi Folks: I'm sure this subject has been covered numerous times before but I did do a forum search and can't seem to find the information I'm looking for. Basically: what is the installation process for replacing the rear top to body seal? I have seen a few pictures with the top inverted and it looks like the seal flattens at the ends and there is come kind of metal clip that retains the seal near the ends. Does the seal need to be glued in (if so where?) or does it just sit in a groove? The BBB did not seem to cover it, at least in my copy. Any links to existing information would be greatly appreciated. Also: OE vs. URO? The URO is literally a fraction of the cost of the OE. The cost of the seal through MB has gone up dramatically, you could by a set of aftermarket visors for what the seal now costs. I did see a post by someone who had issues of the URO seal being to long and it sounded like they had to remove a section in the middle to make it fit.

Any feedback on either question greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Phil
