Better than gold in the safety deposit box I expect...

I have two injectioon pumps for my car sitting on my shelf now as decoration - they go well with my vintage clocks, silver bells and my musical instruments.  I told my daughters that if I ever go...send them to the guys on the business card taped to the back of them and its an easy $400 for the pair.   They are worth more than that but don't want my wife to question what they are worth before I go.    I have actually started putting values on some of my stuff in the event that I leave this world unexpectedly.   My wife wouldn't know the difference between Campagnolo dropouts and a donut so I have to train my kids.

Its kind of a morbid topic but relevant to me as my Mom was killed in a car accident this fall and I hired a guy to sell off items to raise money to pay bills, and some of the stuff he sold he sold way too cheap cause he just didn't know.  That really hurts.   My Becker radio went into the garbage cause it looked like junk.

All I can say .... "Let's get our cars in TipTop shape as far as replacement parts are concerned" The Pagoda is a very desired collectors car and I would not be surprised at all if replacement parts will skyrocket as far as prices are concerned.
