Throw out bearing Q

I've got the style of bearing that has the alum housing around it ...Does anyone know if the bearing can be re-packed?  Its not too bad and there is some grease in there, but I was thinking it might be good to re-pack it??

the rim does pop off and so you could get grease in there ..
