Engine support

I am replacing a 250 SE Engine, that was placed in my 280SL, for an original 280SL Engine. With the 250 Engine I had the problem with high placement. I have seen on this website, that the engine supports should be numbered A127 223 11 04 and 127 223 12 04.
The supports I got with my "new" 280SL engine are numbered 127 223 02 04 (right) and 180 223 25 04 (left).
Does anyone know if these supports will place my engine in the correct position, or if I have to find supports with the numbers mentioned on this website?
And if so, is there anyone who has any "spares" for sale?

Those mounts will not work. You will again have a fitment issue. One mount is from a 220 and the other a 280se. Also the left mount doesn't have provisions for the fuel filter mount and fuel damper. 180 223 25 04 is actually a right 280se mount, not a left.
Hope you have success finding the correct ones for your change over.

Many thanks, although expensive there are still mounts sold by MB, so I will invest in new ones unless someone out there has some used for sale
