Markings on Temperature Gauge
« on: August 11, 2016, 22:50:20 »
My search has not turned up anything definite on how our Pagoda temperature gauges are marked.  People refer to the "little white square" (maybe 100 C?) and the "red marker" (maybe 115 C?) as you go between the 80 C and 120 C marks.  Can someone please clarify what degree readings correspond to the "white" and "red" indicators above the 80 C line?

Thanks in advance....

And if I may add to the question: what temperature is the gauge supposed to sit at during normal driving? Mine sits at the 80 degree 'white block'. If it would nudge much above that,  let alone progress to the next white block, I would start feeling very uneasy.

Mine was always on 80C until a couple years ago started running hot.
