Another Factory Sunroof Car

This thing is pretty rough. Fred Flinstone would be envious. I am wondering if a resto would even be worth it but the potential that its a true factory sunroof car may set it. I wonder if the seller would disclose the body number for research purposes. The vin is listed in the add.  A pic of the hardtop body number would be the key in all of this. If its not a factory sunroof car and the top is "mismatched" then the top itself would be worth far more than the car. The Landau material peeling off makes me suspicious but you never know.

You must have the nerves of steel to go into such a project 
I have gone through many restorations to have the patience any more, and have no clue as to the value of a true sunroof Pagoda.
But by all means if your are serious about this, you need to ask for the body number as well as the hard top number to do the homework properly, and if he does not supply them, I would pull on my brakes!

The layer of pink body filler ringing the sunroof opening as well as the factory grey primer disappearing around the opening tell the story to me.  Unless the sunroof cars were farmed out to another vendor to be installed i would run from this one.

If you see pictures of a genuine sunroof car the roof resides just inside the chrome rails on the top. This one is too wide.
