Bottom feeders abound at all levels in the car world. In fact, I've run into the odd owner years ago that fell into that general description.
The price of parts today, and that of our cars, have all but eliminated them from the mix. These are no longer cars that almost anyone can afford and so most the bottom feeder owners have moved on to greener pastures. Part sellers are a different story though and I won't buy anything from the internet. If you can't talk to a real person on the phone , or if you have questions or problems that get no response, RUN don't walk! It's your money and it's your fault if you don't do your homework.
As much as I feel for those who get cheated on the internet, many times it falls back to looking for easy solutions or cheaper price. Why would I pay 20 dollars a tire more for my pickup when I can get them for less at a discount operation? Well, when my combine has a flat tire on a holiday weekend Sunday, I know that guy will come and fix it for me and the other place won't even be open. There's more to price than just the price.
I expect that all of the vendors listed on this site are places you can go to for decent help and deserve a look. If someone isn't sure where to go we can help you with that too.
