280sl 1968 w113 Head Gasket

Hi there im new here and am going to do a head gasket replacement on my 280sl but i can find any workshop manuels with proceduars and tightning torques. I have have done plently of engine rebuilds in my time but never done one of thease so would feel alot better with some sort of direction and manuel. Any one have any ideas or help would be soooo appreciated.

Below is a link to an engine rebuild guide.
It was very helpful to myself.
You should also look out for the two volumes of the Mercedes BBB (big blue books) which often come up on e bay but are getting a bit expensive.
Someone here posted a link last week that you can now read the BBBs online which is handy.

what is a bbs and where do i find it ?

While you are there browse around the technical manual, I promise you'll be surprised what you find!  ;)
