The digit 6 on my odometer
« on: April 27, 2017, 12:47:34 »
I know once I see a reasonable explanation response, this will look like a stupid question but on the odometer of my newly acquired 70 280 sl, the digit "6" is in a different size than the other digits?

I'm not new to cars by any stretch, but new to Mercedes. Why would this be?  It bugs the crap outta me.

Ok, now let me have it!

I found a thread here. Couldn't find one earlier because the search engine wouldn't allow the use of a single digit.

No wonder Alfred is so skinny.
