Thank you Chuck! On July 17 it will be 60 years ago that I came to this Great Country as a 19 year old teen. I shall be celebrating it starting on July 3rd with my Euro Trip. Funny on July 17 I will be in Affalterbach at the AMG Engine plant getting a plant tour, I shall meet the Gentleman that build my AMG engine (as you may know the AMG Engines are all build by one man only from start to finish). Prior to the AMG plant tour I shall be attending this years Moseltour the rest of my Euro tour are items on my Bucket List :)

Happy 4th of July to You and all our American Friends!

Happy Motoring to one and All

I missed this post so here is a belated Happy Canada Day to our northern neighbors. My mother was born in St. John's NFLD long before it was a Canadian Provence and  I am proud of my Heritage from that part of the world.

I pulled the Red Rocket out of the barn last Friday and it fired right up after sitting in storage since the last PUB event. Aside from a very short stint last fall it's been unused since that long trip. After checking the fluid levels, we drove about 300 miles over the weekend to a Canada Day event on the north shore of Lake Eire near Tillsonberg Ontario. The weather was nice and the car drove perfectly the whole way and back. I kind of forgot what great road car it is and what a pleasure it is to drive.

Happy 4th of July to my American cousins.

Yes, happy very belated Canada day from Texas! My wife is Canadian and my son has taken up the charge to be Canadian and going to school there. Myself, I am a native Texan. But every July 1st we put up the maple leaf flag and then get odd looks from our neighbors. Not many down here know about Canada day and is also very close to July 4th when every one already has their "Stars and Stripes" up.
