Need new shift linkage bushings - recommended source?
« on: January 07, 2018, 23:09:08 »
Hello,

After 18 years or so I have to replace the shift linkage bushings (manual transmission) on my 1966 230SL.  Haven't bought small parts for quite a while, and I think Silver Star is now out of business, so am looking for a good parts source.  Or would the dealership be my best bet?

thanks -- Roger

If you are a MB Club of America member, the dealer should give you 10% off. If you get it from the dealer (and I suspect they would have this part) you should also not have any shipping charges.

Thanks very much - lots of options!!  Good to know there are plenty of parts sources still around.
