Operating Fluids for my 1969 280sl Automatic

Can anyone give me a list of the best and correct operating fluids for a 1969 280sl?  Transmission, oil, power steering, brake, etc...

Thanks so much.  Getting ready to start it up after a complete rebuild.

Also, a couple of people said it would be smart to put a “fuseable link” on the positive battery cable to make sure there isn’t a short that will prevent the car from catching on fire.  Any thoughts on this?
