My car has done it twice. Wife driving with her bff as copilot.

The woman over from Dallas doing it this year is a friend of the bff and i think there's been a suggestion that wife does it again in 2019

Its a cracking event with differing degrees of seriousness among the crews, and Richard Mille normally supplies a few 356s as a major sponsor. Very french...

I would bet the car was supplied my Mercedes.  They are really pushing to get women involved in the classic car scene.

I thought the entry list might indicate sponsors but none are shown.  There is a second Pagoda from Italy which appears to be sponsored by Richard Mille as it is listed as “Mercedes Pagode RICHARD Mille”, along with five other similarly titled cars. Their are several other Mercedes-Benz entries listed including  a 300SL a couple of 190SLs and several 107s.  There are no car manufacturers listed among the event “Partners”. Individual sponsor advertising is allowed on the cars with some restrictions.
