Yes, as Peter replied, if you have a "time switch" it is close to the tts on the same housing. The "time swich" is simply an "on or off" switch depending on engine temperature. It has only one wire connected to it. The "thermos time switch" besides being an "on/off" switch has a time duration involved depending on engine temperature. It has two wires connected to it and can be on for different periods of time (up to 17 sec.). Only the earliest 230SLs and early sedans etc. had the "time switch". These early versions would be "Version II of the starting aids. "Version I" of the starting aids was never used in the W113 cars, but also used a time switch in the early sedans etc. of the late 50s and early 60s.
