Manufacturer Plate

I am looking for a source to reproduce an embossed plate in the engine compartment, please.  This plate is the one that sits on the "shelf" in front of the brake booster.  This shelf is also a mounting location for some electrical components.  My plate has deteriorated around the edges, although the embossing is still legible.  Has anyone had one of these reproduced?  If so where, please?
