Long fuel pump question
« on: May 11, 2019, 20:33:52 »
Is it possible to remove the magnets from the long pump? Also, is it possible to remove the insulation pieces where the wires attach? Cleaning the top portion would be far easier without those insulation pieces.
Thanks,

Hi Joe,

I had a motor rebulit. The insulation pieces and the threads on the terminals were damaged.

The company replaced the terminals and the insulation pieces but the insulation pieces were not original.

Sorry I can't offer more detail but the answer to this part of your question is "Yes, it is possible"
