1966 Mercedes Benz 230 SL for sale
I have owned the car for the last 5 years and is in very good mechanical condition.
It runs great. The whole engine was redone by Mercedes Benz workshop in 2004- Receipts available.
This car originally had a white exterior and was repainted in correct Mercedes silver by the previous owner.I had it appraised and inspected an I have the full report as well as extensive photos available via email to anyone that is truly interested in the car.

Body Condition: Repainted in Mercedes silver. Paint and body in fair condition overall
Fairly solid trunk metal (though some rust starting). Stock style rubber trunk mat.
Glass: Replaced front Pilkington windshield in good condition. Remaining
original Sekurit side and rear glass in fair to good condition.
Tires: Left rear BFG Control T/A tire in fair condition in 195/70R14” size.
All remaining BFG Sport Radial tires in fair condition in 195/70SR14”.
Wheels: Stock Mercedes 14” steel wheels with stainless Mercedes wheel covers
in good condition.
Undercarriage: Poor to fair condition undercarriage with rust / rot in lower rocker areas.
Transmission & Factory Mercedes 4 speed manual transmission with stock rear
Differential: differential.
Fuel and Exhaust: Stock Mercedes fuel system and single exhaust system.
Engine Size: Stock Mercedes 2.3L straight 6 engine, sent to Germany / rebuilt in 2004.

Suspension: Stock Mercedes suspension with coil springs and tube shocks.
Electrical Systems: All major systems work. Wiper motor does not.

single dash speaker.
Interior / Upholstery: Original style navy leatherette bucket seats in fair to good condition.
