Kinder seat on Ebay

I noticed this kinder seat on Ebay.  Can these be retrofitted into a car that did not originally come with a kinder seat?  If so, is it possible to install a seat belt on a kinder seat?

I am trying to come up with a way to take my young kids for a ride ...er..make that a "safe" ride in my 280SL and am thinking about the kinder seat as an option.

Yes and yes.  I am having a kinder seat installed now.  I opted not to have the seat belt installed with the kinder seat but it can be done.
