Desperately Needed - w113 Gas pedal Lever

As part of my engine swap project we abandoned the original gas pedal assembly and went with a cable operated pedal out of a later model C-class.  Big mistake.  It was never right.  It never felt right, and the position was wrong.  Unfortunately the original assemble is gone.

The part I need is #1 in the figure below.

Too bad it's bent but I imagine it could be straightened.
