220SEb Coupe- Fuel injection pump

My friend knowing, that I am member of this world wide unique regarding knowledge forum is asking me to help him in his problem. He is looking for a manual where he can find the data  for the adjustment of the fuel injection pump for the 220 SEb Coupe. The pump  model is the  EP/ZEB2KL75R13.

Find the workshop manual for passenger car models 1959. See attached. I have this and has two very good sections about the 220SE injection systems in 00-XX and 07-XX. Pretty much anything you need short of tearing it apart. Covers both versions of pumps that are in the W128 220SE and the W111 220SE. In all, probably about 30 to 40 pages about adjustments and truobleshooting.

Many thanks! I am a member of the VDH Club in Germany. They do fantastic work regarding the literature, so I send to him the link to this quoted by you book, but he said to me, that this is not this, what he is looking for. He build a test stand – but he do not have the data for the 220 SE FIP ( it should be according him a Bosch repair manual like on my photo).

BTW- if somebody need the link, to  this mentioned Workshop manual please send me a PM ( This Werkstatthandbuch is only in German).

You are correct, the pages do not have the charts needed if you have the pump on a test stand. These are more for on the car testing and repair. Few are capable enough to be able to calibrate these pumps on a test stand. Not sure where to get the charts, although rebuilders have these if you could pry it away from them.

What is the running condition issue?

You have to really know what you are doing outside of an idle adjustment.

I rely on Robert Fairchild. He rebuilt my 220seb pump and checked out the injectors.
