Help assembling back the linkage
« on: April 18, 2020, 21:31:40 »
Gentlemen,

with all this social distancing I had an itch...

I took apart the linkage to get it zinc plated in my - not so secret lab - basement. Now I have to put it back and I realized that 2 brackets are similar but not identical, see pictures. They is about 1/4" difference between them

Question: Which one goes next to the injection pump, the shorter or the longer one?

BTW. For those who have a similar itch visit :

Thanks,

I will check in the garage tomorrow if nobody answers earlier. But I would try if the longer one will fit in the bracket on the inlet manifold side. I think you can try it - it may be too long and will collide with the bracket...

Agree: by my crude measurements, note the OEL in the background
