Very Tight Rocker Arm/Valve Cover
« on: June 06, 2020, 22:32:12 »
It's always difficult and a task to remove the rocker arm / valve cover. It binds between the hood latch mechanism and fuel injector lines. Wondering if this is common or if my engine is too far back? Thoughts?

Sometimes this is a sign of a worn out transmission mount. You can position a floor jack where the transmission bolts to the motor and this will lift it in the rear to give you more clearance for the valve cover.

Mister,  With frontwheels in the air You will find that there is enough space to remove the Rocker over.
