I wonder how it drives vs the 280 engine?
With all that work done they should have changed the fire wall pad.
Wonder what it's worth ?

It's worth what someone may pay for it. Probably drives quite nice if it were done right; not the first time someone has swapped an engine in a Benz.
My former local dealer took a V12 from an SL600, added some tuning to that, and stuffed it into a 2nd generation SLK...and it was dandy.
