Viewing Tech Manual on smart phone

Is it just me, or is the Tech Manual difficult to navigate/use on a smart phone?
I noticed this discussion https://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=11299.msg88431#msg88431 but this was from 10 years ago, when the iPhone was only 3 years old. Now smart phones are ubiquitous.
It would be nice to be able to access the Tech Manual on my phone when I'm in the garage, so I don't have to drag the laptop out there, but it appears that the formatting is not designed for the phone. Am I missing something?

It is nearly impossible to look at it on the phone. One word per line... It would really be nice to be able to do it.

I fixed it for you. If you access the Technical Manual with an iPhone, iPad, tablet or Android phone you will automagically get a new layout which is much friendlier for phone usage.
