Pls help: Injection Pump Rack behavior (video)

Hi All,

Trying to get my 230 to run which currently runs „super rich“ and is not even drivable. I fixed stuck Thermostat on IP, fixed leaking CSV, did linkage tour and now also wanted to check the rack movement.

The rack is not stuck, I can pull it out easily and it slides back. I can push it in easily but it does NOT slide back out on its own !!

1. I loosened the WRD and saw that movement of the WRD triggers the rack to come out bit by bit!?
2. I can not really identify a “connect” between the IP rod and the rack. I assume this is ok...

I searched hours on the forum - most posts are about stuck racks but I could not find this behavior.
