Cigarette Lighter and its housing

Hi all
I am looking for a cigarette lighter and its housing to make my dash complete?  Do let me know if anyone has one to sell or know of a place where i can order and have it shipped to Singapore.  Thanks in advance.

Early (small knob) or late (big knob) style?  Do you need the housing or just the lighter?

My car is a '64 230 so I think it should be early.

I will need both the housing and the lighter.

Here's a nice set.  $125 US plus shipping plus paypal fees.   USPS Priority Mail to Singapore for smallest box is $41.   Let me know if you are interested.
