Geneva, Illinois Concourse d’Elegance

The above event was held today in Geneva.  My daughter sent me this picture of a participating 1970, 280SL .  The display plaque indicated a 26 year owner.  I have  cropped the picture so as not to show the owners name.  Anyone from here??

I was there and spoke to the owner of this car. It is one of several classics that he owns. I told him about this forum. I think Mark R (iconic) told him about our group also.

Too bad you and I didn't run into each other !
I told the owner and his son about our group, and it sounds like he was listening.
Yes, I had a nice conversation with the owner and his son early in the day.
