in line fuel filter
« on: September 24, 2021, 14:02:59 »
Is there a tiny WASHER  under the hex bolt ( outside the canister ) that pulls the  Bosch 04 50 108003 fuel filter canister on the front of the engine to its tightest capability?   If so what size?

It is a copper sealing washer.  Unfortunately I cannot verify size.  If you take the bolt to any auto parts store they should have one.

To Shvegel, Thanks,  after numerous times of having droplets of fuel  coming out the tightened bolt I did put a washer in place. It did the job, but I always wondered if i misplaced a washer the last time I changed all my filters. I guess I did.  Thanks again.
