Is there a cover plate for auto trans wiring
« on: May 13, 2022, 01:07:30 »
I have attached a picture from under the car looking at the firewall where the kick-down switch is located. Based on the existing brackets, I think there should be some type of cover for the transmission control cables. I am looking for confirmation that a cover should have been installed and where I can find one.

No cover there. That bracket holds the plug for the wiring loom for manual trans.

Thanks for the response. There are a lot of this done in the past on this car and I am always unsure that what I am looking at is correct.
