Maybe too fast for you to see. But indeed there is a car, and certainly a Pagoda! It’s only a 30 second spot, so the whole thing moves rapidly. I did manage after a few tries to do a screen capture. I think it’s at about the 17 seconds mark. When this played on television it was so fast I only saw the side view mirror and door. Not the full shot that is attached below from YouTube. Possible that the commercial was shortened for television.

Looks like it was shot around South Beach Miami.  Four distinct shots between 0:16 and 0:20 of the white 280SL: a long shot of it parked at the curb, a close up of her reaching for the door handle to get in, a close up of her driving away, and a pull focus segue shot of her adjusting the rear-view mirror to view the pedestrian couple behind.
