Pagoda brake calipers
« on: July 20, 2022, 05:20:53 »
Hello all,

I have 1969 280 SL which needs new rear brake calipers. I got new calipers for W108 and I was wondering if these will fit. Does anyone have any experience regarding this?

Thanks

Ville

Not sure about that but I had mine rebuilt from PMB Performance for about $400 with shipping. Waiting to get back home to see them. They are supposed to be zinced.

Kev, I'm sure you will be pleased. I sent mine there and they came back beautiful. I used a little brake cleaner on a cloth on each one, just a quick rub to make sure no grease, then shot some clear coat. Don't know if that will help preserve the beauty (not that anyone sees it) but PMB is great.
