So, Sir Stirling owned the car for less than two years and 11,000 miles, and sold it 54 years ago. Well there’s no denying he was the first owner, this is more like “Lincoln slept here” as opposed to something he owned and held dearly for a long time and is being sold by his estate. Nonetheless it will be interesting to see what it fetches at auction.
