Over the weekend I drove 544 miles in a round trip to visit mates and attend the Southport Classic and Speed Show (Southport is 20 miles north of Liverpool, UK).
Car performed admirably (of course). The trip north was done top down all the way (250 miles), and I loved the funny looks people in other cars gave me as I overtook them, wipers working away as it was a quick rain shower but the top was down and the rain just passes over the cabin at 70mph
Stopping for a coffee, I saw this beautiful Series 1 E-Type Jag.
